Girl Scout Day at CSU Environmental Learning Center

Calling all Girl Scout Brownies and Juniors to Girl Scout Day at the CSU Environmental Learning Center on Saturday, October 13, 2018!

Cost: $7/girl

Brownies: 9-11:30 a.m.

Juniors: 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Brownies will: 

  1. Go an adventure hike

  2. Pick proper hiking gear

  3. Learn about hiking nutrition

  4. Pledge to leave no trace

  5. Earn the “Hiking” badge, a “Wow! Wonders of Water” skill building badge

Juniors will:

  1. Learn how to use a GPS

  2. Make a trade item

  3. Go on a geo-caching adventure

  4. Learn about travel bugs

  5. Earn the “Geo-caching” badge, an “It’s your Story – Tell It, Amuse” Journey skill building badge
