Daisy Troop 66446 collected pet supplies after the cookie program, and budgeted cookie earnings to purchase wish list items for the Humane Society of the South Platte Valley. They donated all items, toured the facility, filled KONG toys with peanut butter for the pups, and cuddled kittens in the nursery. The girls learned about what pets need to be happy and healthy, how the shelter operates, and how they can help homeless pets (without adopting them all!)
