Some people have visible medical equipment or disabilities that do not fit the stereotypical definition of pretty but they should know they are beautiful.
Seniors Rebekah, Zani and Raven in Troop 65659 came together for the Sisterhood Journey in September and decided they care about this issue because “not everyone is confident” and because “it will make them feel better” to receive compliments.

Rebekah made a collage of images showing diversity and wrote the word “confident” and Raven wrote a short poem. These items will be part of a “circle journal” that will be sent across the country to give women and girls the opportunity to uplift each other and show they value of all kinds of beauty.
