Break the Bias is the 2022 theme for International Women’s Day. These girls totally made me happy of them as leaders when they debunked the “traditional jobs” exercise that I did with them. They have NO BIAS! I couldn’t believe it and was tickled pink when the results came back. I think their parents have some amazing and smart leaders that they are raising!
