Awesome Girls: Family STEM Series- Daisy Coding!

Daisies and caregivers: You’re invited to a fun introduction to the concept of coding, the language that computer scientists use to tell computers what to do, on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 2:15 p.m. (MDT)! Dr. Laura Terrill from Girl Scouts of Central Texas and Alyson Freeman, Ph.D., from Dell Technologies Women in Action will work with girls and their families to write an algorithm in the form of a recipe for a pretend cooking robot!

This program is grant funded by Dell Technologies for girls in kindergarten and first grade and will put Girl Scouts on the path to finishing the Daisy Coding Basics badge! This event is open to all girls so please invite your friends, near and far!
